I ordered because they said the packaging would be discreet, but it really wasn’t. The outside and label made it obvious, which was exactly what I didn’t want. Customer service wasn’t much help either. Not ordering again...

I wanted to like it, but the fit was just so odd on me. it kind of made me feel less confident, which I’m blaming the weird cut for because it definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for.

I’ve browsed shopmentionables.com a few times they do have some really cute pieces. The site itself is easy to get around too, which I appreciate. My main issue is the sizing. Depending on the item, the size range feels limited, and it kind of seems like some styles are only made with certain body types in mind. I also wish the fit notes were clearer, because it’s hard to tell what will actually work. On top of that, the next steps aren’t always super obvious, like what to do if you’re between sizes or unsure about fit. It’s not a bad shop at all, but I’d love to see them be more size inclusive and a little clearer about what customers should do before ordering.

The fabric felt really soft and comfy when I first put it on, so I was hopeful. I might’ve stuck around longer if there was an actual person to ask or chat with, but it felt like I was just left clicking around with no human help whatsoever. Maybe that doesn’t bother everyone, but it definitely bothered me. I ended up leaving without buying anything because nothing looked like what I wanted.
